You know how every night you look at the moon and it looks a tad bit different from the day before? It goes through phases every month to become a whole again and you love the moon even though it looks like an undone rough piece of stone. Don’t you? 

Every one goes through phases. Even the moon you know? and you love it still. 

You deserve a little more love than you give yourself for the battles you’ve fought and every phase that you go through because like the moon, you are enough at every stage. 

I wish I could get inside your brain to fix a few wires so that I come back to you loving yourself but, I want you to know that you’re the moon, baby and I’ll be your Venus
